Next EDGE Session: We’re back in action next Sunday, where we’ll talk about Jesus’ Ascension and how we are called to carry out His mission on earth.
Next Saturday: Retreats are a foundational way to grow in faith. All middle school students are invited to an action packed half -day retreat that’ll focus on living out the Beatitudes, next Saturday, October 26th from 12:00-5:30 (with Mass) at St. Anthony Rectory. We are seeking high school students, parents, and adults who would like to be a part of the retreat team. Please contact Nathan Eten today. We pray and hope to see you there. Find registration information on the web at http://smsjsacym.weebly.com/registration-page.html, walk-ups welcomed.
High School Workout Series: Session two of the series will be on Wednesday, October 23rd starting at 7PM in Cortona Hall. Until then, keep hydrating, reflecting and cooling down each day in prayer. These sessions are open to any high school youth in grades 9-12 and focus on building a prayer life with exercises in between.
Youth Ministry at the Movies: Families and youth are invited to a night at the movies inside St. Margaret on Saturday, November 9th from 7:00PM-10:00PM. We’ll watch “Back to the Future”, together, have some movie snack favorites, and have a discussion on the movie’s themes of family and forgiveness.
7.5 Hours: The amount of time you listen to music and media each day. Take a minute to look at and listen to some good stuff. We are on all of the major social networks. Go to the Youth Ministry website and connect with all our accounts. There are all kinds of things posted frequently to help you explore, pray, learn, and even laugh. If you’ve added or followed, share or retweet with your friends. Be a witness for Christ.
