A Special Place: At EPIC, in next Sunday’s Gospel it gives us a vivid picture of the ideal disciple. Bartimaeus, a blind beggar, doesn’t tell Jeuss how good he has been, like the rich young man, or ask for an important place in the kingdom like James and John. Come find out what he does… See you at 9:50AM, next Sunday!
Feeding The Hungry and Giving Drink To The Thirsty in Cincinnati: At our last EDGE session, the youth helped prepare 25 sack lunches with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, chips, fruit bar, a bottle of water, napkin and a lollipop. The youth also wrote encouraging notes on the bags for those who would be eating them. The lunches went to Over the Rhine to feed the homeless population there.
It’s Almost Time for NCYC!: Many thanks to all of you who made a generous donation to support our youth to go on the pilgrimage to Indianapolis from November 19-21. We will be remembering you in our prayers and plan to share with you about our pilgrimage when we return. Please keep us in your prayers, too. Those going on the pilgrimage will be Tyler Heitker, Grace Scheid, Laura Heitker, and Nathan Eten.
