Celebrating U.S. World Youth Day: We are grateful for all of the young people who help make our parish communities more vibrant. Young people, we value your gifts and talents and thank you for your contributions you have made and will continue to make to your parishes. God has great plans for you.
Pray for our youth: We invite the parish community to keep our youth in their prayers, especially the middle school students who were/are on retreat Saturday.
Next EDGE Session: We’ll keep learning the key beliefs of our faith next Sunday, where we’ll talk about the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, which make up the Trinity.
NCYC Pilgrimage, “Sealed”: We will have our second pilgrimage meeting for those who’ll participate in the National Catholic Youth Conference on Tuesday, November 5th starting at 6:30PM and ending around 8:00PM in the St. Anthony Parish Center.
Go “Back to the Future”: Families and youth are invited to a night at the movies inside St. Margaret’s cafeteria on Saturday, November 9th from 7:00PM-10:00PM. We’ll watch the 1985 hit, “Back to the Future”, together, have some movie snack favorites, and have a group discussion on the movie’s themes of family and forgiveness.
7.5 Hours: The amount of time you listen to music and media each day. Take a minute to look at and listen to some good stuff. We are on all of the major social networks. Go to the Youth Ministry website and connect with all our accounts. There are all kinds of things posted frequently to help you explore, pray, learn, and even laugh. If you’ve added or followed, share or retweet with your friends. Be a witness for Christ.
