NCYC 2015: “Here I Am Lord”, You Can Support Our Local Youth Today!: The theme for conference this year is “Here I Am Lord”. You can support youth to experience NCYC by donating today! Mark a plain envelope with NCYC and a check made payable to the parish with “YMF” in the memo field. In the past, your financial support has given 5 young people the opportunity to experience 3 different youth conferences or camps. Youth who are in the graduating classes of ’16-’19 are eligible to participate in the National Catholic Youth Conference in Indianapolis, IN from November 19th-22nd. It is an exciting, 3-day experience for Catholic teens that includes keynotes, workshops, liturgy, reconciliation, prayer and worship, exhibits and other special service activities. Thank you for your generosity! Please send yours in by 9/20 if possible.
“Here I Am Lord” HS Nights: In order to prepare ourselves for the NCYC we’ll be having 3 nights for all high school students, one each month, leading up to the conference. We’ll have some icebreakers, prayer, a short bible study, and group discussion on trending topics. The next two nights will be on Wednesdays, 10/7, and 11/4 from 6:30PM-8:30PM in the St. Anthony Parish Center.
